Refund policy

Short version: if Pro does not work for you, you get your money back within 14 days of purchase.

14-day full refund

You can ask for a full refund of a Pro season pass within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not need to explain why.

How to ask

Email contact@iriscsvtool.com with the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Do not send files with real SSNs or EINs.

How refunds are paid

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Your license key stops working once the refund is issued.

After 14 days

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. If something does not work, write to us anyway. We would rather fix it or refund it than leave you stuck before a filing deadline.

The free tool

The free tool costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
